The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were a bit on the small side and in poor shape with peeling paint, the amenities like a large TV, fridge, and AC were a plus. The service was pleasant and responsive, but the price was a bit high. The location was convenient for our needs, but some items were missing in the room. The dining experience was average with a few issues, while the facilities overall were satisfactory.

I stayed at a hotel that was super clean, unfortunately, the room I wanted wasn't available upon arrival. The service was very friendly and forthcoming, but the initial room offered had a smokey smell. The location was ideal, being just ten minutes from Northampton where I had a conference.
